Have you ever stood in a crystal dome? No? Then you have to see the Swarovski World of Crystal in Watten. None other than André Heller conceived the idea – and it was designed in conjunction with internationally renowed artists.

A gargoyle, designed in the form of a giant head with sparkling eyes, greets you when you arrive. Once you're in the crystal dome you'll feel like you're in a vault filled with thousands of shining jewels. Astonishingly, only 590 mirrors make it all possible.

Next you can go through the ice passage, lighting up the crystal with every step you take, before vanishing again. Immerse yourself again in the shadows and in the whole truth about real and articifial gems, and in the life of the Svarovski family.
