4 lakes, 2 countries

Take a tour of the lakes - by motorbike! Start your motors at the Achensee in Maurach. Listen to the sound of the engines as you make your way to the glass town of Rattenberg, on to Wörgl and to Kufstein. Once there, turn towards Thiersee lake.

After the 'half-time' break on the shores of the lake, cross the original border from Tyrol into Bavaria. This will take you via Bayrischzell onwards to lake Schliersee and further to lake Tegernsee.

After a hearty snack in the accompanyment of brass instruments turn your machines once again towards Austria. The last mountain pass of the day is the 941 metre high Achenpass which you will see on your way back to Maurach.
