Monday - Klara the herbal Witch
Today we will spend our time with Klara the herbal Witch. She´s not at all frightening, she is more scat- ty and clumsy and can be quite funny at times! Someone you can imagine climbing around the mountains collecting plants and flowers for magical drinks! And some times things just go all wrong for her; For example, once her witch’s-pot exploded, however, without really kno- wing it, the outcome was a magical drink which did help her cat to get back on his feet!! With her help we will discover various healing plants and flowers at the edge of the forest, and stick some into her spelling book. A few pages with nettles, peppermints and camomile - just to name a few - and our magical spelling book is finished. What do we still need? Yes, of course, a magic-wand, a gold broom-stick ... 
 
Tuesday - Riding
Attention all animal lovers! Today we will visit the riding stables. An old German saying is: “All the happiness in the World can be found on the back of a horse”. Who knows, perhaps we will find plenty of luck there! And of course, something good to eat, games to play and just enjoying ourselves. 
 
Wednesday - Adventure in the Forest
Today is the day for adventure in the forest: whether climbing, flying fox, balancing on a slackline, there are plen- ty of activities to be managed. Our qualified moun- tain guide will give you all the confidence you need, plus a helmet and a safety rope. Although safety is always the key priority having fun is second to none! Who will win the tree climbing race? What a thought, to think that we cannot climb as high as “Alfons Adler” can fly... 
 
Thursday - „Wusel“ the friendly water ghost
“Wusel” the friendly water ghost is searching for a lost crystal - a bottle message with a secret note in it: “Wusel” the intelligent water ghost, wants “human” children to help with find the treasure hidden in the water. Cleverness and awareness is asked for here! Who will find the crystal? “Wusel” thanks the children by giving them a certificate and a lucky-stone medal. 
 
Evening programme
Every Thursday evening we will meet outside the Information Office in Maurach at 09.00 p.m. for a “Starlit” walk. The walk will take approx. 1 hour and we hope that there will be many people taking part. Attention: from the 4th until the 22nd October the walk will start at 08.00 p.m. 
 
Friday - Pirates
The last day in the week, and we are looking for pirates in all shapes and sizes! The lake - Achensee - belongs to us. Quickly we will build our float and hoist our pirate flag before pushing it into the water. Wonder if we will find the lost treasure as here is the key to our pirate picnic! Bring your bathing shorts with you and look forward 
 
Children‘s Festival
On the 21st of July and 7th of August there will be two children´s festivals in the Achensee Region. With face-painting, jumpingcastle, creative balloon figures, pony-riding and much more! More information can be obtained in any of our Information Offices or in Internet: www.familien.achensee.infoto a very, wet but exciting day. Life jackets are on hand! Without a life jacket, you cannot take part!
