Deposit:

A deposit of €150 per person is required for a confirmed booking. The deposit should be transfered to our German bank account at: Kreissparkasse Miesbach/Tegernsee, Account number: 8594186, BLZ 71152570, BIC (Swift-Code) BYLADEM1MIB, IBAN: DE97 7115 2570 0008 5941 86.
For our Austrian guests please pay to our account at: Raiffeisenbank in Eben/Pertisau, Account number: 12138, BLZ 36218.

Payment methods:

You are welcome to pay your bill upon departure in cash or by debit card. Credit cards are not accepted.

Arrival and departure:

Rooms are available upon arrival from 2pm. We kindly ask that you vacate your room on the day of departure by 10am. Please let us know if you are likely to arrive after 6pm on the day of arrival.

Children:

For children up to and including 2 years old there will be a charge of €10 per day. Children from 3 to 15 years old receive a discount of 30%. For young adults aged 16 and over there will be a 15% discount for an additional bed in the room.

Single rooms:

When a double room is only occupied by one person there will be a surcharge of 70%.

Special room wishes:

For a surcharge of €5 per person/day we can guarantee certain rooms and room locations.

General:

The layout of the rooms and furniture may vary. With the publication of this information, all previous price lists lose their validity. Changes, printing errors and mistakes excepted. The provisions of the Austrian hotel regulations apply. Juristiction on both sides is Innsbruck/Tyrol. In case of errors during correspondence the valid price shall prevail. Unused service can not be deducted from the price.

Holiday cancellation insurance:

We recommend that you take out a holiday cancellation insurance with us. The price is €3 per full paying person, per day. The insurance covers all cancellation costs: from the summer season 2011, 80% of the cancellation costs in case of accident, illness or death of the insured person, their children, siblings or grandparents. In case of cancellation we will refund the deposit, less the amount due for the holiday cancellation insurance.

Changes of a reservation:

30 days prior to arrival, no charges are raised. For changes made later than 30 days, cancellation fees will be charged. Should you not have taken out a holiday cancellation insurance, the agreed cancellation scheme will apply!

Cancellations:

Only written cancellation are valid. For cancellations of up to 3 months prior to arrival no cancellations charges will be incurred. For cancellations made between 3 months and 1 month prior to arrival a charge will be made of 3 days. From 1 month, late arrivals or early departure we charge 75% of the applicable booked reservation. The deposit will be offset against the cost of cancellation. These terms are in addition to the terms and conditions set out in the Austrian Hotels Organisation contract conditions.
